I’m passionate about helping women of divorce reclaim their lives
so they can be their best, healthy, vibrant selves. 

But I didn’t always feel healthy, vibrant and connected to myself.  For years I was stuck in the cycle of trying to please everyone around me and meet their needs, putting myself last.  My confidence and esteem was based on the approval of others, and I lost sight of being able to love myself for who I was. 

When the challenges and complexities of divorce came along, I was left feeling insecure and unsure of who I was.  I felt unloved, anxious, fearful, and stuck in unhealthy patterns of thinking and living.  It seemed that any potentially unhealthy habit that I had was magnified as I tried to deal with my crumbling marriage and life.  And as a yogi and a yoga instructor, I “knew better”, which made me feel even worse!

But underneath all of that I knew there was a bright, strong, savvy woman waiting to emerge.  I needed to connect with that part of myself, my own personal power source, so I could rebuild the foundation of my life and establish healthy habits to support the woman that I wanted to be, the woman I truly was inside. 

I discovered the tools that helped me to reclaim my life, and now I live empowered by the possibilities of my true self, and I experience greater contentment and gratification in my daily life.

You can experience and live your best self every day!  You don’t have to change who you are, you just need to be more of who you are already inside!  And I’m here to guide you in that journey.

The Path of Discovery, Healing and Empowerment

The path to reclaiming my life began when I decided that I was worth it, which allowed me to start making decisions in my own best interest.  But I didn’t travel the path alone. There are many people who have helped me to get to where I am today. 

My parents were the most influential in my life by providing me an environment of unconditional love in which to grow up and thrive.  My two amazing kids continue to shape how I experience the interplay of unconditional love between individuals, and they inspire me to be my best.  

I began to learn how to care for my body and mind in a deeper way when I began to practice yoga, and went through my 200hr YTT with Carrie Tyler and Daniel Orlansky.  Since then I’ve studied with many others who have positively shaped how I view myself and what it means to be healthy and whole. 

But when I discovered Ayurveda and began to understand myself through the lens of this ancient wisdom, it took my habits of self-care and self-love to a whole new level.  My studies with the Himalayan Institute and Cate Stillman of Yoga Healer gave me a foundation in the wisdom of Ayurveda, and my subsequent work with Cate as a Yoga Health Coach has given me the tools to share all of this knowledge with others in a powerful, transformative way. 

I devote my time to teaching and helping others thrive through teaching yoga (I own a yoga studio in NH, Peace Tree Yoga), on-line transformational coaching programs, and of course, being a Mom to my 2 fantastic kids.

Continual learning and growth is vitally important to me, and I encourage those I work with to stay on that path as well.  I draw upon what I’ve learned through my own life’s experiences, as well as the practical yet potent wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda, to form the foundation for the programs that I lead and coach.  This is what changed my life and will transform yours as well!
